Our school dinners are provided by Caterlink.  They are prepared at Queen Margarets  Primary School and transported to us in special insulated containers.
Children can choose from up to three selections each day, during morning registration, there is no need to order in advance.
Dinners are currently £2.32  per child, per day.  (Free for KS1 children.)
Payment for these can be made online at:
If your child is in Year Reception, 1 or 2 then school dinners are free.  In 2014 the government introduced the Universal Infant Free School Meal (UIFSM) scheme.  This scheme provides free school dinners to all children in these year groups.
This scheme is in addition to the means-tested Free School Meal provision.
If you believe your child is entitled to the Free School Meal provision please contact the school office for details.  Alternatively you can find out more about this at:
We encourage parents who think they might be entitled, to submit an application, as not only does this provide assistance to the family, it means that your child can also receive free school milk (currently only free to all children under the age of 5), further assistance as they move on to secondary education and also Pupil Premium funding.  Pupil Premium is funding provided to schools by the government, for every child in receipt of Free School Meals.  To find out more about this why not go to our Key Documents and select Pupil Premium Funding from the drop-down menu.
You can now apply direct online and will get an instant decision on whether you qualify for Free School Meals.
